The Glamis Consultancy prepared a business plan for Glasgow Strategic Major Events Forum (SMEF) which will drive the city’s competitiveness as a major international events destination for the next ten years. The business plan formed the basis of the public document “Glasgow Strategic Major Events Forum – strategy and Business Plan to 2016” published in January 2009 by the SMEF partner bodies.
