Colin has also taken organisations through Investors in People three times so we know a little bit about that as well!

In working with clients in the private sector, Colin brings long exprience of working with businesses of all sizes - from small businesses right up to major corporations. He has worked within a major global pharmaceutical company and has also played a key role in working with many small businesses in Scotland. He knows how businesses approach the need to make profits whilst adopting a sustainable approach to business growth - something which is particularly important in the tourism sector.

Tourism is the ultimate "people" business. And many businesses are SME's which rely on their people and those of other businesses to be competitive. Our greatest strength is our ability to bring people and resources together to make those things happen.
